Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Buying and/or Merchandising roles, preferably within the fashion and luxury sector. A strong commercial mindset complemented by proven analytical capabilities. A solid grasp of product performance metrics and profitability drivers. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience handling extensive datasets. Fluency in both Italian and English is required. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Join our vibrant team as a Digital Merchandiser, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our buying and merchandising processes from start to finish. Your efforts will be essential in driving commercial success by effectively managing product assortments, analyzing crucial data, and collaborating across various teams to achieve outstanding business results.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders to define seasonal product assortments that align with brand vision, commercial objectives, and strategic goals.

  • Develop seasonal open-to-buy (OTB) plans and budgets, continuously monitoring them to optimize sell-through rates.

  • Oversee in-season trading activities, including reorders, cancellations, stock transfers, and markdowns, to maximize inventory efficiency and minimize risk.

  • Perform detailed sales and performance analysis, utilizing insights from previous seasons to guide future purchasing and in-season strategies.

  • Track product lifecycles and devise carryover strategies to enhance the performance of top-selling items while maximizing margins.

  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors regarding payment, supplier conditions, and logistics costs.

  • Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Digital Production teams to ensure a seamless transition of goods from delivery to online activation.

  • Partner with Marketing and Content teams to enhance product visibility and ensure alignment with key campaigns and launches.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform assortment strategies, pricing, and new business opportunities.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to support internal planning, decision-making, and seasonal strategy development.
