Digital Operations Analyst Intern
The-level-group is excited to welcome a dynamic and talented recent graduate to our Milan team as a Digital Operations Analyst Intern. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing IT projects that enhance the platforms supporting La DoubleJ, championing efficiency, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
As you collaborate closely with our Ecommerce, Operations, Production, and Logistics teams, we seek an individual with outstanding analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a technical mindset. You will play a key role in transforming data insights into automated reporting tools.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Identifying and executing innovative strategies to enhance functionality, speed, and user experience while aligning with our business objectives.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to articulate requirements for new digital integrations across platforms and backend workflows.
Learning to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently while proactively contributing to process enhancements.
Conducting data analysis to create insightful dashboards and automate reporting utilizing SQL and Power BI.
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable tasks.
Decomposing complex issues into manageable and actionable steps.
Employing tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), JIRA, Pentaho, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google, and Amazon) to accomplish your tasks.
Your Profile:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
A tech-savvy enthusiast with a fervent passion for the digital landscape.
Exceptional communication and organizational prowess, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive problem solver with a thirst for knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to clarify and summarize intricate processes for stakeholders succinctly.
A positive attitude, collaborative ethos, and adaptability to change.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and data analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
