Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A strong passion for promoting women’s economic opportunities. Currently enrolled as a full or part-time student working towards a degree. Eligibility to receive school credit and availability to commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of working independently. Effective presentation skills for diverse audiences, both internally and externally. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in a studio environment is preferred. Proficient in handling digital cameras and lighting setups. High technical proficiency in software such as Photoshop and Capture One, along with familiarity with networked computers. Strong understanding of color correction principles and image constraints. A collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a creative mindset. Integrity, honesty, and a strong willingness to work as part of a team.

Program at Luxe Media, where you will play a crucial role in showcasing the strength and elegance of women in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S. T. E. M.). This unique project involves a dynamic photo shoot featuring two distinct looks aimed at positively representing educated women in these industries.
Your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks throughout the semester, focusing on enhancing the visual experience for our audience at Felixmag.co. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the studio team and stylists to capture stunning digital product images for Felix Magazine.
- Ensuring all products are creatively lit per Luxe Media's standards.
- Producing high-quality images that are well-exposed and color-consistent.
- Archiving images accurately for easy access by various departments within Luxe Media.
- Preparing sets, ensuring all equipment is operational, and maintaining accurate daily shoot records.
- Meeting tight deadlines for new website content.
- Working effectively under pressure with a positive, adaptable mindset.
- Maintaining the care and upkeep of studio equipment, props, and supplies.
- Retouching, cropping, and uploading digital images as needed.
- Organizing digital asset files for easy retrieval.
- Performing quality assurance checks on all images.
- Ensuring color consistency across all images.
- Taking on additional duties as required.
