Role Overview
In the position of Product Manager for Web & App, you will define the product vision and strategy for our digital patient journey. This entails managing the entire spectrum from initial patient engagement to ongoing treatment. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements that align with business objectives and user needs while leveraging data to identify improvement areas. Your analytical mindset will guide you in conducting experiments in collaboration with our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product roadmap and prioritize features for Wellis’s web and mobile platforms based on user needs and business goals.
Define, scope, and execute product initiatives that enhance the entire digital patient experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.
Analyze data and user feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement.
Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions.
