About the job
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Project Manager to serve as a vital link between our technical teams and business stakeholders. This role will empower you to drive projects forward with both creativity and precision. If you have a passion for understanding complex systems, excel in collaborative settings, and take pride in producing exceptional results, we want to hear from you!
About Brighton Collectibles
Founded in 1972 by Jerry and Terri Kohl, Brighton Collectibles was born from a bold vision: to create beautifully crafted accessories that resonate on a personal level, are meaningful, and built to last. Our founders believed in the importance of artistry and the value of treating customers as lifelong friends, a philosophy that continues to inspire us today.
At our headquarters, you’ll discover a vibrant community of passionate creators, problem-solvers, and innovators. Our team envisions the future with our buying specialists, while our account managers and logistics experts ensure our extensive network operates with excellence. Our skilled artisans bring each design to life, and we even have dedicated teams who restore cherished pieces, extending their legacy with those who treasure them.
By joining Brighton, you are stepping into a space where traditional craftsmanship meets visionary design. Here, you are not just joining a brand; you are contributing to the future of retail, one meticulously crafted handbag, necklace, and charm at a time.

Your daily tasks will involve managing both urgent projects and strategic initiatives. You will act as a frontline quality assurance resource, identifying potential issues before they escalate. Most importantly, you will help implement, model, and refine our project management best practices, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our team.
This position reports directly to the Project Management lead.
