Role Overview
The Digital Strategy and Programmatic Media Manager will join the DSP team within Client Services in Baltimore, Maryland. This role centers on building, monitoring, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns for clients, including campaigns on Amazon and other omni-channel retail platforms. As programmatic advertising accounts for the majority of digital ad spend in the US and Europe, this position involves close collaboration with leading brands and the use of various DSP platforms.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Create data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations that align with client DSP campaign objectives.
- Communicate expectations clearly and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators.
- Manage campaigns from launch through completion, including setup, daily adjustments, and reporting.
- Review campaign performance and test new strategies to find areas for improvement.
- Help refine and improve operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Build expertise and credibility as a thought leader on DSP platforms.
- Train and mentor support specialists responsible for daily campaign management.
- Some travel may be required depending on client needs.
