Role Overview: Digital Supply Platform Media Manager
This Media Manager position sits within the DSP team, part of the Client Services division in Rogers, Arkansas. The role focuses on building, monitoring, and tracking programmatic advertising campaigns for clients using platforms like Amazon and other omni-channel retailers. Programmatic advertising continues to expand rapidly, making up 85% of digital ad spend in the US and over 80% in Europe. This position offers the chance to work closely with leading DSP platforms and some of the country’s top brands and advertisers.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a varied group of clients.
- Develop data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations that align with each client’s DSP campaign goals.
- Communicate expectations clearly and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, daily optimization, and reporting.
- Assess campaign performance, compare current strategies to new ideas, and test improvements.
- Help refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Build a reputation as a trusted expert in DSP platforms.
- Train and mentor support specialists assisting with campaign management.
- Travel may be required at times, depending on client needs.
