In this critical position, you will lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team, manage our three largest strategic accounts, and develop our go-to-market strategy while establishing the processes and materials necessary for sustainable revenue growth.As an in-office company, we value collaboration and expect our employees to work from our Munich office four days a week.Your Key Responsibilities Drive top-line revenue growth by managing our three largest accounts.Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of enterprise sales professionals, enabling them to excel through structured coaching, feedback, and hands-on deal support.Formulate innovative sales strategies and scalable playbooks for inbound and outbound efforts, ensuring we seize the vast opportunities in the DACH market.Establish trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers at leading construction firms, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, BDRs, and Customer Success teams to synchronize pipeline generation, messaging, and customer feedback.Track KPIs, enhance pipeline health, and employ proven methodologies to improve win rates and reduce sales cycles.Act as a representative of comstruct as the innovation leader in digital construction, utilizing your insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications for Success A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional sales.At least 1 year of experience in sales leadership, successfully building, inspiring, and developing an exceptional team.Demonstrated experience in 0→1 environments: building sales teams, playbooks, and processes from the ground up in a startup or high-growth setting.A proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
