About OLIX
At OLIX, we are at the forefront of the AI revolution, addressing the unprecedented demand for advanced technology with innovative solutions. The rapid growth of AI has unveiled a significant infrastructure gap, necessitating a shift from outdated hardware designs. Our OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) represents a groundbreaking advancement in chip architecture, specifically designed for high-speed decoding. Through rack-scale co-design, we enhance system-level performance across logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect.
Role:
We are seeking a proactive Digital Verification Manager to spearhead the functional verification of our next-generation high-speed mixed-signal ASICs. This pivotal hands-on leadership role prioritizes execution speed, ensures first-silicon success, and fosters effective team management and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide your team in verifying intricate digital systems characterized by high-bandwidth interfaces and advanced mixed-signal components, maintaining strict adherence to schedules and budgets while upholding the highest quality standards. As a leader and technical expert, you will mentor engineers, establish rigorous verification benchmarks, and oversee the program's precision from specifications to tape-out sign-off, silicon bring-up, and mass production.
This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of end-to-end verification processes for leading-edge mixed-signal ASICs, influencing architectural decisions and technical strategies. If you excel in a high-stakes environment where meticulous verification meets rapid execution, this role places you at the heart of the most significant challenges in modern ASIC development.
Responsibilities:
Ownership & Speed – Lead comprehensive verification of digital subsystems (including testbench architecture, UVM development, functional and code coverage closure, formal verification, CDC/RDC sign-off, low-power verification, gate-level simulation, and FPGA prototyping), ensuring that ambitious schedule targets are met without compromising quality.
First-Silicon Success – Establish and uphold verification plans, sign-off criteria, and silicon correlation strategies aimed at identifying issues pre-silicon and enhancing first-silicon outcomes.
Team Management – Manage, mentor, and nurture a high-performing, multi-site team of engineers, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.
