ABOUT THE TEAM
The Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Business Development (BD) team within the Mission Systems (MS) Division at Anduril is tasked with identifying, shaping, capturing, and expanding new opportunities and capabilities that position Anduril as a leading provider of non-kinetic EW solutions for the Department of Defense and other clients. Our team members act as the vital link between our clients and the broader Anduril organization, effectively communicating client insights to internal teams while also representing the Anduril brand externally. Collaborating closely with engineering and program management, the EW BD team ensures that our offerings consistently meet client expectations and mission requirements, driving continuous improvement based on client feedback.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of EW Special Programs Portfolio to spearhead growth initiatives, proposal development, and capture strategies for our Electromagnetic Warfare Business Line's Special Counter Measures portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will identify, shape, and capture new Special programs (0 to 1) while managing an existing portfolio, supporting program management and engineering teams, developing customer feedback mechanisms, and nurturing customer relationships (1 to N). This multifaceted position encompasses business development, account management, and bid and proposal activities. We are looking for a highly motivated professional capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral to the EW growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth for EW, and collaborating closely with the EW General Manager and Program Managers.
