Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess: Over 10 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on agency development, gained from a leading technology or media firm. Established networks with VP and C-suite stakeholders among major U. S. agency holding companies and their subsidiaries across various practice areas. In-depth understanding of the agency ecosystem, including the operations, planning, and media buying processes of holding companies, trading desks, and agency brands. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and business impact through strategic agency partnerships rather than by direct account-level selling. An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by a passion for building relationships, strategic initiatives, and commercial frameworks from the ground up. Strong executive presence and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage, influence, and earn the trust of senior stakeholders within large and complex organizations. Willingness to travel frequently (typically 2+ domestic trips per month for 1-2 nights, with occasional longer trips). Bonus points for: Experience collaborating closely with programmatic or performance-focused agency buyers and major holding companies, as well as independent agencies. People management experience, with a history of building or leading successful teams.
