Role Overview
The Director of Application Development will lead a skilled engineering team focused on Ouro’s core Fintech and Banking platforms. This leader combines technical vision with practical execution, ensuring systems remain reliable and efficient as business needs evolve. The role emphasizes building an AI-first development culture (AIDLC) and driving productivity improvements across the organization.
