We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our strategic growth efforts across the U. S. market in the fast-paced 3D printing and additive manufacturing domains. In this key position, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, forging valuable partnerships, and enhancing our competitive stance in critical industries such as aerospace, automotive, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and consumer products.
The perfect candidate will possess a blend of profound commercial insight and technical expertise in additive manufacturing technologies, including FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, and industrial-grade 3D printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Revenue Growth
· Formulate and implement a comprehensive U. S. business development strategy that aligns with our global growth goals.
· Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within targeted sectors.
· Take ownership of annual revenue and profit goals, ensuring their achievement.
· Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline with precise forecasting.
2. Strategic Account Development
· Engage and secure large enterprise accounts through strategic outreach.
· Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and department heads.
· Negotiate complex commercial agreements and multi-year contracts effectively.
· Drive initiatives for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
3. Industry & Market Intelligence
· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
· Represent Telementum at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance our visibility.
· Provide actionable insights to product and leadership teams regarding market requirements.
4. Partnerships & Channel Development
· Forge strategic alliances with OEMs, material suppliers, distributors, and technology partners.
· Assess and onboard channel partners in key U. S. regions.
· Strengthen our ecosystem presence within additive manufacturing networks.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams.
· Contribute to pricing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
· Support product launches and regional marketing campaigns.
