Rising Edge Group seeks a Director of Business Development to lead growth efforts across the United States from Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the VP of US Operations, this role shapes and executes strategies to expand the company’s presence in high-voltage electrical contracting for critical infrastructure.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a business development plan that aligns with company growth objectives.
- Identify new markets and opportunities that fit strategic goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and emerging needs through research.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and key performance indicators.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business and partnership proposals to senior management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team to foster strong performance.
- Work with marketing to create strategies and materials that enhance the company’s position in the market.
