About The Role

We are looking for a data-centric Director of Digital Experience & Conversion Optimization who will spearhead the optimization of the entire pre-conversion customer journey. In this pivotal leadership role, you will redefine how prospective customers discover, assess, and engage with Maximus. You will manage the digital acquisition ecosystem, guiding potential customers from their first search to successful conversion, and also provide strategic input to enhance the post-conversion user experience.

Your mission is to create systems that foster exponential organic growth and achieve top-tier conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Oversee the Maximus marketing website as the primary conversion engine, refining every aspect to maximize customer conversions.
  • Lead the transition from Sanity CMS to Webflow, creating a modern, marketer-friendly web platform that minimizes reliance on engineering support.
  • Develop and manage a large-scale test-and-learn program for landing page creation, consistently designing, testing, and refining acquisition funnels and conversion routes.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) for quick site updates, content modifications, and optimizations without needing engineering assistance.
  • Enhance site architecture, page speed, and technical performance to improve user satisfaction and conversion metrics.
  • Implement personalization strategies to provide tailored experiences based on visitor behavior, source, and intent.
  • Set and surpass ambitious targets for site conversion rates.
