Role Overview

Charge Robotics is seeking a Head of Engineering to guide our engineering team through an exciting growth phase: transitioning from initial commercial deployments to scalable, repeatable builds and enhanced performance. You will manage a diverse team of over 12 engineers across various disciplines, remaining hands-on when necessary to ensure swift execution and exceptional technical quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Directly collaborate with the CEO to lead, mentor, and expand our elite, multidisciplinary engineering team.

  • Work closely with executive leadership to align engineering priorities with company objectives.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
