Role Overview
Charge Robotics is seeking a Head of Engineering to guide our engineering team through an exciting growth phase: transitioning from initial commercial deployments to scalable, repeatable builds and enhanced performance. You will manage a diverse team of over 12 engineers across various disciplines, remaining hands-on when necessary to ensure swift execution and exceptional technical quality.
Your Responsibilities
Directly collaborate with the CEO to lead, mentor, and expand our elite, multidisciplinary engineering team.
Work closely with executive leadership to align engineering priorities with company objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
