About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Engineering to spearhead and expand the engineering division of Olly Olly.

This position is responsible for engineering execution, technical leadership, and operational excellence throughout the organization. You will oversee all engineering outcomes, from team performance to delivery reliability and technical strategy, while implementing the necessary systems and discipline to function as a high-performing, scalable team.

This is a builder-operator position, not merely a maintenance role. You will step into a fast-paced, agile setting and are expected to introduce structure without hindering progress.

Your Responsibilities

1. Engineering Leadership & Accountability

Drive the performance of the engineering team, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives
Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers across a global team
Cultivate a culture of ownership, responsibility, and ongoing improvement
