The Opportunity: Director of Expanded Access Program Operations (EAP Program and Site Management)
This pivotal leadership position is central to how myTomorrows executes Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) on a global scale, where operational excellence intersects with commercial insight.
In the role of Director of EAP Operations, you will oversee the comprehensive operational delivery of our EAP portfolio, merging Program Management and Site Management into a cohesive, scalable, outcome-oriented model. In addition to ensuring quality, compliance, speed, and resilience, you will be expected to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset: identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and making financially sound decisions that support sustainable growth.
As a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will report directly to our COO (Vanessa sends her regards). This position is ideal for individuals who excel in navigating complexity, building high-performing teams, and elevating operational standards, while balancing patient-first decision-making with a solid commercial perspective.
