As the Director of Global Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role within the Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team. This leadership position focuses on crafting and implementing development programs that harness employee potential, enhance performance, and elevate engagement across our workforce.
This position is based in our North Vancouver office with flexible hybrid work options available.

In your role as Director of Global Talent Development, you will create, implement, and expand programs aligned with the Arc'teryx Leadership Code, empowering employees to make significant impacts in their current positions while advancing their career aspirations. You will focus on enhancing leadership capabilities at all organizational levels, prioritizing talent readiness and nurturing agile, adaptable leaders to support our growth trajectory. Additionally, you will oversee our learning strategy's execution and collaborate closely with various regions and functions.
