Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in evaluating attribution methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA). Familiarity with regression analysis for performance measurement and attribution modeling. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and projects. Proficient in utilizing reporting and data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and comScore. Experience working with third-party data providers, DMPs (e.g., Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g., DBM). Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proven track record of translating analytics into actionable insights while managing client relationships. Strong understanding of the data and ad tech ecosystem, particularly within the digital landscape. Knowledge of audience analytics capabilities and best practices in measurement, matching, onboarding, and workflow. No formal college degree required. Preferred Skills & Experience Over 9 years of experience in digital media planning or media analytics on the agency or client side. Experience in presentation development and delivery. Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on change management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage, develop, and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster success.

About the job

As the Director of Growth Analytics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing reporting and audience insights for one of our key clients. You will also act as a strategic adviser for Mediabrands planning teams. This position involves daily management of both internal and external client needs, along with leading a high-performing team of analytics managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital media performance by defining relevant KPIs and establishing measurement frameworks.
  • Develop reporting solutions, including automated dashboards and enhanced data visualization tools using platforms like Power BI.
  • Formulate and assess audience strategies to identify high-value segments for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with strategic business units and third-party vendors to scale audience activation initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership within both client and agency environments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to achieve departmental goals.
