The Opportunity
As the Director of Hardware, you will take charge of the hardware execution for our aircraft from initial design through to production, testing, and ensuring field reliability. This hands-on leadership position entails direct responsibility for the physical components that enable our aircraft to fly.
You will collaborate closely with teams across flight operations, software development, manufacturing, and supply chain management to transform designs into operational aircraft and continually enhance their performance in the field.
