As the head of the Implementation Engineering team at Lio, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our engineering efforts. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that enterprise integrations and implementations are executed without a hitch, while also building scalable frameworks that connect product, engineering, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
Define and execute the vision and strategy for implementation engineering, focusing on enterprise integrations such as SAP, APIs, and middleware.
Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers dedicated to complex enterprise projects.
Oversee the seamless delivery of scalable and reliable implementations for DAX, Fortune 500, and global customers.
Develop standardized frameworks, best practices, and tools to enhance efficiency and uniformity.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Champion technical excellence, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations for critical customer deployments.
Qualifications

Possess substantial leadership experience in managing engineering teams within complex, high-stakes environments.
Have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, system landscapes, and scalable integration design.
