What you will do
- Define and implement infrastructure security strategy for cloud environments, identity and access (including privileged access), network, container, and AI systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of security engineers responsible for building and maintaining secure systems.
- Work closely with Security Operations and engineering leaders to align security practices across the company.
- Develop and enforce protocols for AI and automated systems, covering resource access, policy enforcement, and risk management.
- Support secure scaling of the platform as the business grows, enabling teams without unnecessary barriers.
Requirements
- Experience leading security for cloud-native infrastructure and identity systems.
- Ability to set technical direction and prioritize security initiatives.
- Proven skill in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams.
