Director of Internal Controls

QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who possesses:Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information, assess audit data, and identify root causes while formulating effective solutions. Demonstrated experience in identifying and auditing operational risks and controls across diverse finance-related processes. In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks, particularly COSO. A comprehensive understanding of governance, risk management, the three lines of defense model, and control principles at both operational and organizational levels. Proven experience in team leadership. Outstanding analytical and project management abilities, especially in AI process development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders from various disciplines. Experience in facilitating high-level risk discussions with senior management and Board members. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing demands effectively.
