Shield AI is hiring a Director of Mission Control for the Aircraft Division in Dallas, Texas. This leadership position oversees how aircraft, operational ranges, and related resources are allocated and managed across all product lines. The director ensures these assets are used efficiently to meet company objectives, fulfill contracts, support revenue targets, and maintain mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct strategic allocation of the aircraft fleet and associated resources
  • Oversee configuration management for all aircraft within the division
  • Prioritize operations to balance customer needs, testing, training, and technology development
  • Maintain and update the enterprise fleet ledger
  • Guide decisions on aircraft configurations and validate operational requirements
  • Supervise range allocation and mission approval processes
