What You Will Be Doing
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Power Electronics Hardware Leader to spearhead the design and development of next-generation high-power EV charging and energy conversion systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge in power electronics, along with a demonstrated history of leading engineering teams and successfully launching complex hardware-software solutions in the market. This role necessitates hands-on experience in embedded firmware development, control systems, and multi-level power converter design, preferably within renewable energy, EV charging, or energy storage domains.
This role presents a distinctive opportunity to shape product architecture, lead a rapidly expanding engineering team, and contribute to pioneering advancements in fast-charging and grid-interactive power systems.
