About the Role
We are on the lookout for a visionary Head of Product & Growth who will take full ownership of our subscription product's Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), aiming for a remarkable 15% increase each quarter. Your role will extend beyond just driving revenue; you'll be instrumental in optimizing team efficiency, rolling out valuable features, and spearheading product innovations swiftly.
Your leadership scope will encompass all operations outside of Marketing, granting you the freedom to refine processes and take comprehensive responsibility for team dynamics. Key Responsibilities
- Lead ARPU growth initiatives targeting a minimum 15% increase each quarter, overseeing all operational components outside of Marketing.
- Craft the long-term vision and strategy for the product, utilizing market insights, user analytics, and industry best practices to sustain ARPU growth.
- Prioritize and execute the product roadmap and backlog with a singular focus on revenue amplification, feature deployment, and market readiness.
- Inspire and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization efforts.
- Steer the comprehensive launch process for new features and product upgrades, ensuring swift execution and measurable ARPU enhancements.
- Develop and refine processes for product development and team operations to optimize efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Make informed, data-driven resource allocation decisions to prioritize high-revenue potential projects and features.
- Ensure alignment between product decisions, ARPU targets, and overall business objectives, maintaining transparent communication across the organization.
- Cultivate a performance-oriented team culture that champions accountability, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
