We are in search of a Director of Product Management - Data Threat Analytics with a robust background in hybrid and cloud security. You will spearhead a product area that focuses on identifying and understanding threats to sensitive data within hybrid and cloud environments, emphasizing recovery as the ultimate goal. This role encompasses anomaly detection, threat hunting, monitoring, and the discovery of sensitive data in backed-up datasets, aiming to redefine cyber recovery for hybrid and modern cloud infrastructures.
What You’ll Own:
Product Strategy:
- Define and maintain a long-term product vision for data threat analytics that is rooted in hybrid and cloud-native settings, prioritizing recovery-first outcomes.
- Innovate how threat signals, anomaly detection, and the discovery of sensitive data inform blast radius assessments, selection of optimal restore points, and contribute to effective cyber recovery workflows.
- Establish a perspective on the evolving hybrid and cloud threat landscape, including ransomware and misconfigurations, and translate this into a unique product strategy.
Execution Excellence:
- Lead comprehensive execution for recovery across a matrixed organization, managing the entire process from concept validation through to general availability and customer adoption, while holding upstream teams accountable.
- Transform vague, multi-year product initiatives into clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and incremental value.
