About the job

Our Mission and Vision
At Solidgate, we are dedicated to enabling remarkable entrepreneurs in creating outstanding internet companies. Our goal is to provide the financial infrastructure necessary for builders who are shaping the digital economy. Our ambitious aim is to establish ourselves as the leading payments orchestration platform globally.

The Role of Product Operations

Think of Product Operations as the essential support team for our product organization , the crew that ensures everything runs smoothly while product managers, designers, and engineers focus on innovation and delivering value. In the unpredictable landscape of digital product development, challenges like delays, disorganized data, and inefficient handoffs can impede progress. Product Operations bridges the gap between chaos and the ability to produce high-quality, fast-paced results. Rather than directly building products, Product Operations creates and manages the systems , including frameworks, tools, and workflows , that enable our teams to operate swiftly, cohesively, and seamlessly.

This position is not merely about establishing processes for their own sake; it's about grounding our product development in the realities experienced by our customers and commercial teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

, Develop a customer feedback loop: Create a structured system for integrating insights from Sales, Merchant Operations, and Integration into product discovery and planning.
, Translate product context from the field: Convert insights from sales demonstrations and merchant engagements into actionable product intelligence, focusing on customer needs and expectations.
, Design scalable processes: Implement clear frameworks for product engagement in custom solutions, demonstrations, and merchant initiatives , moving away from ad-hoc coordination to repeatable systems.
, Manage feature rollouts: Oversee the controlled deployment of new features to existing customers, including timing, communication, feedback collection, and iteration.
, Lead team management & development: Guide the Design and Technical Writing teams.

Why This Position is a Career Accelerator

, High-impact role: Directly influence the functioning of the entire product organization.
, N-1 level to the Chief Product Officer: Enjoy significant strategic influence, moving beyond a support role.
, Immediate measurable impact: Your contributions will tangibly enhance delivery speed, transparency, and quality.
, Opportunity to build from the ground up: No legacy issues or rigid structures to navigate.
, Extensive operational scope: Engage in planning, discovery, delivery, rituals, documentation, and metrics.
