Having launched in Germany in January 2025, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to a new business within an established international company. Our German division is spearheaded by a team of seasoned managing directors focused on delivering exceptional advisory services in Restructuring, Debt Advisory, and Value Creation.
As a Director in the Restructuring & Advisory team, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues to manage international and domestic restructuring and advisory engagements. Your role will also involve enhancing Interpath’s reputation as a leading provider of Restructuring and Deals advisory services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team and managing multiple workstreams to stabilize clients' financial and operational performance.
- Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' current positions and prospects, including diagnostic evaluations of key business and market issues, as well as liquidity forecasting.
- Evaluating existing business plans and financial projections, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Proposing viable alternative solutions for businesses and their stakeholders.
- Navigating clients through complex processes, including working capital enhancement, bankruptcy preparations, liquidation analyses, and credit agreement negotiations.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive restructuring plans, inclusive of integrated financial models and 13-week cash flow forecasting tools.
- Engaging with stakeholders such as corporates, investors, banks, and lenders to secure support and consensus on restructuring initiatives.
