As our Director of Sales Enablement & Development, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding a high-performing sales organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the recruitment, training, and execution processes of our sales team, driving tangible results in performance and revenue.
This is not a conventional learning and development role; rather, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the performance of our sales organization. This encompasses everything from onboarding and coaching to strategic planning and system improvements. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and recruitment teams to ensure we attract top talent, develop their skills effectively, and maintain consistent execution across our teams.
