As the Director of Security & Observability ISV Partnerships at Databricks, you will spearhead the recruitment, development, and expansion of a global network of partners, establishing Databricks as the premier platform for data and AI-intensive security and observability workloads. You will be accountable for crafting and executing strategies with leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in cybersecurity (including identity management, endpoint security, governance, compliance, data protection, and threat detection) as well as observability (covering logging, monitoring, Application Performance Management, and telemetry). Your role will involve building integrations, co-developing go-to-market initiatives, and empowering our teams and clients to unlock the full value of Databricks in conjunction with top-tier security and observability partners.

We seek a candidate with extensive experience in large-scale technology ecosystems, ideally having worked within the hyperscale sector or at a notable cybersecurity or observability ISV. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and go-to-market expertise, enabling collaboration with Product and Engineering teams on integrations across identity, governance, logging, and monitoring, as well as with Sales and Marketing teams on execution strategies. You must possess outstanding communication, prioritization, and presentation abilities, with an aptitude for swiftly navigating conversations across product, engineering, and field dimensions. Success in this role hinges on your deep subject matter expertise, coupled with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to cultivate high-quality programs that position Databricks as the leading choice for security and observability workloads in the years to come.
