Four or more years of experience in conducting merit reviews and managing compensation. Hands-on experience in software development or engineering for at least six years. Two or more years of experience with Salesforce platform developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of platforms and products tailored for market success.
  • Navigate and manage projects within a matrixed organizational structure.

  • Coach team members and hold them accountable for their professional development.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Software Engineering to define and enhance engineering practices and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, operational practices, and architectural principles.
  • Communicate and escalate project timelines and deliverable issues promptly.
  • Maintain scrum master responsibilities and oversee regular sprint backlogs.
  • Drive execution of sprints in alignment with the software engineering roadmap.
  • Facilitate training and enrichment opportunities for team members.
  • Manage on-call rotations and ensure compliance with incident and change management protocols.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage talent evaluations.
  • Required Skills: Advanced expertise with Salesforce.com CRM platform, including proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and third-party integrations using platform events.
