We are currently on the lookout for a results-driven Director of Strategy to act as an integral partner to our Chief Growth Officer and Chief of Staff. Your role will involve operationalizing strategic directives and executing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that align with Pattern’s long-term growth goals. This position encompasses strategy execution, organizational transformation, M&A assessment and integration support, as well as program and project leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility context.
You will be tasked with converting strategic visions into actionable plans, managing complex projects, and maintaining momentum across critical initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, annual planning (OKRs), and enterprise-wide growth programs. This is a player-coach role requiring strong collaboration with functional leaders and the broader team across various departments including Product, Finance, Operations (Commercial & Logistics), Technology, and Marketing.
