About the Role

We are in search of a skilled Director of Technical Enablement to enhance the utilization and adoption of our platform through targeted education and enablement initiatives. This role entails strategic planning and executing comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and external customers and partners.

As a blend of product evangelist, multimedia content creator, and educator, you will inspire and educate our customers. Your creative and analytical mindset will be essential in translating complex technology into engaging narratives that drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design, will be crucial in this strategic and operational role, encompassing both internal and external responsibilities.

This position requires robust technical knowledge and a profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and associated technologies. If you're a technologist with a background in customer-facing roles involving technical products and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team delivering tangible value through an outstanding product, we would love to connect with you.

In this role, you will:

  • Become a subject matter expert on Sentry products, understanding all capabilities and customer usage.

  • Lead the Sentry University virtual learning platform, developing curriculum, learning units, and managing the overall user experience.

  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy to facilitate quick onboarding for customers and enhance their time-to-value (TTV).

  • Establish and operationalize engaging training programs to maximize customer success.
