Your Role:
As a dynamic Distribution Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by expanding our presence with current clients and securing new accounts. You will manage a sales territory with a goal of surpassing $15M in annual sales, utilizing your motivation, discipline, and strategic sales techniques to outshine market trends. Your responsibilities will include promoting and influencing the full range of our products and services, while adhering to the company's established guidelines and strategies. You will oversee profitable sales, conduct sales calls, develop sales action plans, formally report sales activities, resolve credit issues, submit LEED and Project Reviews, provide problem-solving and technical assistance, manage accounts receivables, and perform any other tasks necessary to serve our customer base effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, solution-driven selling, and account expansion.
- Formulate and implement territory plans that emphasize high-value opportunities and customer segments.
- Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to present competitive proposals and close high-value deals.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics weekly, focusing on pipeline velocity and close rates.
