Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain all controlled documents, including processing revisions and updates. Ensure the accuracy and quality of documentation. Update and manage procedure documents and forms. Establish and oversee document hierarchy and processes. Provide training to staff on the use of controlled documents. Ensure compliance with established quality and regulatory standards. Coordinate document control procedures, including distribution and accessibility. Input document data into standard registers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement and sustain document control processes and procedures. Develop and manage a comprehensive filing system and database for document retention. Facilitate the flow of documentation within the organization while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Prepare reports and conduct audits to identify document discrepancies. Ensure all company documents reflect current policies and practices.
