Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a similar site-based role. Fluent verbal and written English is essential. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with knowledge sharing applications is a plus.

We are currently seeking a skilled Document Controller to support a significant data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of operations in a dynamic construction site environment by effectively managing and controlling all project documentation in line with our company standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all project documentation complies with company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Distribute and track documents to guarantee that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports.
  • Maintain and update essential project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
  • Analyze and summarize data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
  • Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
  • Guarantee accurate storage and version control of documents in accordance with project document control procedures.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation meets project standards.
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring compliance related to documentation.
