About the Role:

We invite you to join Sword Group as a Document Controller, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing critical information. Your skills will guarantee that vital documents are systematically organized, regularly updated, and readily accessible.

As an integral member of our client's Document Control team, you will ensure adherence to industry regulations, protect data integrity, and enhance workflow efficiencies. Your role extends beyond mere organization; you will empower teams by providing essential support and training to navigate systems confidently.

Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will foster process improvements, refining document management practices to bolster operational efficiency. By instilling a culture of accuracy, compliance, and productivity, you will significantly contribute to project success while ensuring seamless information flow across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for asset operations engineering projects, overseeing all asset deliverables, including the creation and closure of technical documentation.
  • Coordinate the asset document review process.
  • Manage third-party supplier asset documentation responsibilities.
  • Conduct compliance checks between SharePoint/OpenText and PIM360 systems.
  • Facilitate project document and drawing numbering requests.
  • Distribute asset documentation to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the mark-up process for asset drawings.
  • Offer support, training, and guidance to users regarding review workflows and document management processes.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of operational documents related to assets.
  • Serve as System Administrator, ensuring system integrity and compliance with processes.
