Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of business or systems analysis experience; or 4 years of experience in business or systems analysis with a non-related bachelor’s degree. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Perceptive Software Image Now Content/Document Management Application. Proven experience in testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with PeopleSoft. Experience managing small-scale projects. Knowledge of Windows 2008 Server, code deployment, troubleshooting, and task scheduling. Experience in a university setting is a plus.

Position Title: Document Management Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Contract Duration: 6 months+

A well-established client in Minneapolis is actively seeking a skilled Document Management Business Analyst to join their Collaboration and Web Content Service team. This role is expected to commence immediately and will continue through June 30, 2015.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to support and enhance the enterprise document management environment utilizing the Perceptive Software Image Now Content/Document Management Application. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with the aforementioned application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of various business units and align technology solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Design and implement document management solutions, including workflows, tailored to meet business unit requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct testing of proposed solutions in coordination with business units prior to release.
  • Configure and troubleshoot the enterprise document management environment effectively.
  • Provide tier 3 technical support in collaboration with end-user support teams.
  • Monitor and resolve issues promptly, documenting patterns to recommend process improvements.
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to end users to enhance their experience and productivity.
