Document Processing Specialist
Streamline the processing of mail and discover the benefits of a well-organized central archive where all information is readily accessible. Digitalization is becoming increasingly pivotal in this endeavor. Will you take charge of our (digital) mail processing and ensure it is not only well-maintained but also prepared for the future?
Key Responsibilities:
Mail Processing & Registration: Manage all incoming and outgoing (digital) mail, including invoices, orders, contracts, and offers. Ensure proper archiving, timely distribution to appropriate personnel, and easy retrieval of documents, adding the necessary labels, characteristics, and explanations.
Archiving & Digitalization: Archive documents within the central system and actively contribute to the further digitalization of the (historical) archive.
Support for Signing Process: Act as the liaison between the secretariats and management, ensuring timely presentation of documents for signature along with all relevant information while closely monitoring deadlines.
Management of Classified Documents: Maintain records of classified documents and manage the classified files and data carriers.
Compliance with Laws & Regulations: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring compliance within document processing and archiving.
Innovation: Identify opportunities for further digitalization and innovation to continually enhance our mail processing.
