Veezu is looking for a Driver Partner Experience Executive to join the team in Norwich. This position focuses on supporting and improving the experience of Driver Partners, working closely with Veezu Services and Veezu Assist. The Driver Partner Portal will be the main platform for communication and daily tasks. The role reports to the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager and centers on operational efficiency and compliance with Group policies.

What You’ll Do
Driver Partner Support
- Deliver strong customer service to Driver Partners.
- Oversee Driver Partner setup processes, making sure all local authority licensing requirements are met.
- Temporarily disable Driver Partners when needed.
- Carry out the disengagement process for Driver Partners.
- Help Driver Partners complete licensing paperwork, supporting Driver Partner attraction campaigns.
- Follow instructions from the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager.
- Act as the local contact for Driver Partners when their questions cannot be resolved through the Driver Partner Portal.
- Encourage Driver Partners to use the Driver Partner Portal and highlight its features.
- Manage and respond to tickets through Zendesk in a timely manner.
- Develop expertise in using the Driver Partner Portal for internal processes.
Veezu Services Collaboration
- Keep weekly administrative records for Veezu Services, updating the team on local operator charges and credits.
- Respond to team requests and inquiries quickly and efficiently.
