This full-time, hybrid position will report to the Associate General Manager in Colorado and is located in Denver, CO.In this role, you will lead the development of essential independent living skills for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD), fostering a sense of choice and autonomy. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that enable individuals to lead fulfilling and productive lives.Services are provided in the comfort of the individual's home or in community settings of their choosing, focusing on achieving personal goals, addressing medical needs, and assisting with daily living activities. This position combines program leadership, team management, and operational oversight to drive positive outcomes across all service lines.Key Responsibilities:Manage all services provided under DD, SLS, CES, and CHRP waiver programs, ensuring compliance and quality care.Initiate and lead new projects to enhance and expand I/DD service offerings.Supervise and develop a team of program administrators, facilitating ongoing coaching and career advancement.Oversee the supervision and performance of a large group of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).Guide the hiring, onboarding, and training of I/DD staff.Monitor key compliance metrics to ensure readiness for audits and adherence to regulations.
