- At least a Diploma in any field (or equivalent qualification).- Quick learner with strong technical skills and hands-on experience.- Passion for drones and a desire to advance in the UAV sector.- Positive mindset and resilience in overcoming field challenges.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.- Willingness to travel and work outdoors when necessary.- No prior UAV experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Pilot Responsibilities:
- Execute various drone flight missions while ensuring safety and operational effectiveness.
- Design flight paths, set up equipment, and manage on-site UAV operations.
- Perform post-processing duties including video editing, orthophoto stitching, and creating comprehensive deliverables such as visual media and reports.
- Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems to guarantee all equipment is functional.
- Support internal test flights, flight demonstrations, and data collection initiatives.
- Adhere to company SOPs and aviation regulations during all operations.

Instructor Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct engaging lessons tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels.
- Instruct students on drone components, flight controls, safety practices, and local airspace regulations.
- Provide hands-on training in drone operation, aerial maneuvers, and mission execution.
- Empower students to build confidence in their flying and troubleshooting abilities.
- Take control of the UAV in emergencies or unsafe training situations.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and performance.
- Notify students of their readiness for theory and practical flight assessments.
- Report any training-related incidents or accidents to the Head of Department.
