Accounts Payable Accountant
Accounts Receivable Accountant
General Ledger Accountant
Location: Milan (hybrid)
Here’s a closer look at the roles:
Accounts Payable Accountant:
You will oversee the supplier accounting cycle, from invoice management to reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout all payable processes. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will also drive automation and process enhancements.
Accounts Receivable Accountant:
Your role will involve managing customer invoicing and collections, ensuring precise financial reporting and seamless operations. You will monitor incoming payments, address reconciliations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and refine AR processes.
General Ledger Accountant:
You will be responsible for general ledger entries, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting, guaranteeing accurate and compliant accounting practices. Your tasks will also include managing fixed assets, VAT settlements, and supporting audit and process optimization initiatives.
What We Seek:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting roles (AP, AR, or GL).
A strong grasp of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Meticulous attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within an international environment.
Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Navision is an advantage.
