Your Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners at retail locations, tradeshows, and busy community events.
- Initiate conversations, develop connections, and identify customer needs.
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule complimentary in-home consultations for our sales team.
- Provide potential customers with insights into our top-notch window and door solutions.
- Utilize your persuasive skills to motivate homeowners to take action.
Desired Qualifications:
- Natural salesperson – You enjoy engaging with people and excel at persuasion.
- Resilient and goal-driven – You can handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
- Excellent communicator – You can connect and engage with diverse individuals.
- Comfortable working in face-to-face marketing environments.
- Requirements: A personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing and able to stand for 5–10 hours.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs (event materials, displays, etc.).
