Job Description

As a Hospitality Host at RIV Offices, you will be the cornerstone of communication with tenants, suppliers, and colleagues. Your experience will ensure a structured environment, a remarkable experience, and a high level of service. Between 08:00 and 16:30, you will be the face of the building at our reception. Your responsibilities will include guiding visitors and suppliers, directing people, and managing all facility-related inquiries. Additional tasks include:

Handling tenant reports and management issues (such as maintenance, cleaning, leaks);
Actively coordinating with security, cleaning, and catering services;
Maintaining the intranet and overseeing internal communications;
Leading colleagues and supporting other D&B departments;
Contributing to improving processes and the overall hospitality experience.
