We are seeking a motivated and driven Account Executive to become a valued member of our North American retail sales team. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
In this role, you will be pivotal in generating revenue through engaging phone and email communications, along with conducting screen-sharing presentations for prospective customers. Your primary mission will be to devise effective solutions for retailers eager to integrate Lightspeed into their operations. We are looking for a vibrant sales professional with a background in technology sales, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on qualified leads through timely phone and email communication;
Collaborate within a team to drive business growth;
Conduct one-on-one screen-sharing presentations and demonstrations as needed;
Assist management with pricing negotiations;
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
Coordinate appointments with Sales Development Representatives for optimal scheduling;
Guide prospects through a defined sales process effectively;
Track the progression of prospects in Salesforce.com;
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
Your Qualifications:
Our team consists of 48 dedicated individuals spread across the United States and Canada, committed to empowering retailers to optimize their business processes through our suite of commerce tools.
Proven sales experience, ideally in a closing role within a solution-sales or technology-focused environment;
Strong skills in presentations and telephone communication;
Solid understanding of quoting, invoicing, and purchasing processes;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus;
A passion for both people and technology;
Outstanding customer service abilities;
Capability to thrive under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
