We are seeking a driven and disciplined Inside Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team at FirstMate. In this role, you'll spearhead revenue generation through proactive outbound sales targeting roofing companies across the United States. This position involves high-volume cold calling, where you will connect with roofing contractors, engage decision-makers, and assist them in utilizing our innovative platform.
This is not just a role where you set up demos and hand them off; you will manage the entire sales cycle, from the first call to securing the initial order and ensuring ongoing customer engagement. What You’ll Be Doing
Your day will primarily be spent on the phone, working through targeted call lists to connect with roofing company owners and decision-makers. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting cold calls to introduce our products and secure appointments
Following up via phone, email, and text to advance prospects through the sales pipeline
Onboarding new customers and guiding them to place their first order
Re-engaging inactive customers to promote consistent usage
Note: Our cold calling campaigns yield impressive results as we present roofing companies with an improved version of a product they already use daily, offered at a significantly reduced price.
