As a pivotal team lead and primary point of contact for project communications, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and timelines with a focus on delivering consistent value.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including status updates.
- Prepare and disseminate progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Promote continuous business process improvements through effective monitoring.
- Guide team decisions regarding system implementation and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation for training and testing purposes.
- Establish and manage a robust project management framework and advocate for best practices in Agile project execution.
- Create an agile transformation roadmap to guide the transition to desired states.
- Utilize standardized project performance metrics for program assessment.
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile tools and methodologies across the team.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and technical quality of deliverables.
- Generate technical analysis reports as required by the agency.
